We typically process orders within 1 - 3 business days and then delivery generally takes between 3 - 10 business days, depending on delivery location.
Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa. From Cape Town to Joburg, Durban to Polokwane - we've got you covered.
Shipping costs vary by location & order size. You'll see the exact delivery cost at checkout before you pay. We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,500 ZAR.
Definitely! Once your order ships, we will send you your tracking details so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
No stress guys! We work with lekker friendly courier services and they will always contact you to arrange delivery. Feel free to organise a time that best suits you once you have tracking details from the courier delivering your parcel.
Currently we only ship within South Africa, but we do have big plans on the horizon, so stay tuned.
Returns & Refunds
You've got 14 days from delivery to request a refund if you're not happy with your purchase. We offer refunds without needing returns - you keep the product & we process your refund.
As you know, we are a festival fashion brand working with limited stock & fast-moving collections. Once styles sell out, we usually don't restock them. Instead of returns, we offer full refunds to keep things simple.
Fill out our refund form found on our refunds legal page or email support@ekoa.co.za with your order number & reason for refund. We'll guide you through the process & get things moving.
Refunds are processed within 2 - 3 business days once approved. The refunded money will go back to your original payment method, or you can choose store credit for instant use.
For hygiene & safety reasons, we can't refund bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, or items worn with direct skin contact. Custom or personalised items are also non-refundable unless faulty.
Message us immediately at support@ekoa.co.za with photos of the damage. We will sort you out with a full refund - no questions asked.
We don't offer exchanges, but you can request a refund for your original order & place a new order for the right size if still in stock. Check our detailed size guides individualised per product on each product page before ordering to get it right first time!
Payments
We accept payments through PayFast and PayPal. PayFast supports major credit and debit cards, while PayPal allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or cards.All transactions are processed safely & securely.
Yes, your payment information is secure. We don't store any of your card details on our servers. All transactions are processed directly through PayFast or PayPal, both of which use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
We process payments in South African Rand (ZAR) through. PayPal will handle currency conversion automatically if you are paying from abroad.
Payments are processed immediately once you complete checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment goes through.
