5. Product Information
We do our best to display products accurately; however, colours may vary across screens and device settings. Product descriptions and specifications may be updated without notice to reflect improvements or corrections, and if a detail is essential to your purchase, please contact us before ordering.
6. Orders & Contracts
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt, which does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is only formed when we email your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, pricing or product information errors occur, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud is suspected; any funds captured in these cases will be reversed.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our site include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, EFT, PayFast, SnapScan, Zapper and PayPal as payment methods. Prices may be updated from time to time; however, any order you have already confirmed will not be affected by later changes. If we identify a pricing error on your order, we will contact you to resolve it before shipping.
8. Delivery
We deliver across South Africa. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 10 days, based on shipping method and location. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel ships. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
9. Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds but don't accept returns due to limited stock & fast-moving festival fashion collections. You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene & safety reasons, we can't refund bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, or items worn with direct skin contact. Custom or personalised items are also non-refundable unless faulty. To request a refund, fill out our REFUND REQUEST FORM or email us at support@ekoa.co.za. Approved refunds are processed within 2 - 3 business days.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined, and unless expressly stated, they do not apply to sale items. We reserve the right to end or amend promotions at any time.
11. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, delict, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
12. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, courier issues).
13. Third Party Links
Sometimes we share links to other sites (like Instagram or suppliers). Ekoa is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
