Once you've placed your order, we'll get it packed and ready within 1 - 3 business days. We are a small operation (just me!), so every order gets personal attention before it heads your way.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (5 - 8 business days): Perfect for when you're planning ahead. Also, it's completely FREE when you spend R1,500 or more.

  • Express Delivery (1 - 3 business days): For those "I need it now" moments. Please reach out to us directly before ordering to arrange this.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Whether you're in the heart of Joburg or tucked away in the Klein Karoo, we'll get your order to you. Currently, we're focusing on serving our South African community, so we don't ship internationally just yet.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. But iff you spend R1,500 or more standard delivery is on us (you're welcome).

Order Tracking & Changes

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. No more wondering "where's my stuff?"; you will know exactly where it is.

Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address after placing an order? No stress; just get in touch with us directly as soon as possible. We'll sort it out with our courier, though it might add a few extra days to your delivery time.

Issues & Support

Lost or Damaged Packages

On the rare occasion something goes wrong during transit, we've got you covered with a full refund. Please reach out to us directly on support@ekoa.co.za or you can fill out our REFUND REQUEST form and we will start the process as soon as we receive your details.
