Returns & Refunds
Because festival fashion moves fast & we only stock limited quantities of each piece, we can't accept returns. But don't stress – we've got you sorted with full refunds when you need them.
Refund window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund if necessary. After this 14 day period, we can't process refund requests. So if something's not right, don't wait - reach out as soon as your package arrives.
Why no returns?
We are a festival fashion brand, which means our collections move with the seasons, the trends & the energy of the moment. We stock limited quantities of each style, size & colour, and once they're gone, they're gone.
Because of this, we can't restock or resell returned products. Instead, we offer full refunds without needing you to send anything back. You keep the product, we process your refund. Simple. **T's & C's apply, obviously.
What we can't refund
Safety & hygiene products
For hygiene & safety reasons, we can't process refunds on:
1. Bodysuits
2. Underwear
3. Swimwear
4. Any item that has been worn or tried on for extended periods of time with direct skin contact

How to get your refund
Getting started
Ready to request a refund? Here's how you can do so:

What we need from you
To process your refund quickly, we are going to need:
FOR ALL REFUND REQUESTS:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for the refund
3. Your preferred refund method (back to your original payment method or as store credit)
FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS:
1. Clear photos of the damage or issue
2. Photos of the packaging (if relevant)

Damaged or faulty products
Received something damaged or not up to standard? That's on us & we promise to make it right.
What we need
Photos of the damaged item & packaging (if the damage happened in transit). Fill out our refund form or email us directly.
What we'll do
We will process a full refund within 2 - 3 business days. You don't need to send the product back.
Refund processing
Once we have approved your refund request, here's what happens next:

1. Back to your original payment method (card or PayPal)
2. Store credit (faster processing & ready to use immediately)
Timing
We will aim to process your refund within 2 - 3 business days
No sneaky fees
We don't charge restocking fees. Ever.
Bank processing times
Once we process the refund, it can take 5 - 10 business days for your bank to show the credit in your account. We can't speed this up, but we'll confirm with you once it's left our side.
Wrong size or colour
We don't offer exchanges / returns, but here's how to sort out a refund:
1. Request a refund for your original order
2. Place a new order for the right size or colour (if still in stock)
We know it's not ideal, but because we work with limited stock, this is the fastest way to get what you need. If you are ever unsure about sizing before ordering, please check out our detailed size guides on each product page or drop us a message so we can assist you in making sure you purchase the correct size.
Lost or missing package
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it
Check with neighbours, building security or your local post office first. Sometimes packages get left in safe spots or signed for by someone else.
Still missing? Contact us at support@ekoa.co.za with your order number & tracking info. We will investigate with the courier & sort out a refund or replacement.
** PLEASE NOTE: We can only help with lost packages once the courier confirms the package is actually lost. This can take 5 - 10 business days while they investigate.
Delayed orders
We aim to get your order to you within 5 - 7 business days for South African deliveries.
If your order is seriously delayed (more than 14 days from dispatch), contact us & we will track it down. In cases where the courier can't locate your package or delivery is excessively delayed, we offer a full refund.
Delivery delays we can't refund for
1. Incorrect or incomplete address details
2. Packages unclaimed at the post office
3. Customs hold-ups (for international orders)
4. Public holidays or courier strikes
